Crafty Readers Book Club – Grades K-2
Book: This Little Piggy, by Cindy Marko
The Program
This was a fun read and most of the kids enjoyed the book. The first part of the book club we sit down and read the book together. I read aloud and we stop and chat about it along the way. After we finish the book (about 20-25 minutes) we start on our craft! I found these cute wooden pigs on Amazon and had the kids color them with markers. We also had to give them googley eyes. They enjoyed making their pigs and all seemed to have a nice time!
